How to cancel automatic renewal of Alipay membership

Sometimes we enable Alipay’s automatic membership renewal function for convenience, but I don’t know how to cancel Alipay’s automatic membership renewal. It’s actually very simple. You just need to click [My]-[Settings]-[Payment Settings]-[Password Free] Payment/Automatic Deduction], find the service that needs to cancel the automatic renewal of membership, and click Cancel.

The steps for canceling automatic renewal of Alipay membership are as follows:

1. Open the Alipay application and click "My" on the homepage.

2. Enter the "My" page, find the "Settings" icon in the upper right corner and click it.

3. After entering the "Settings" page, find the "Payment Settings" option on the page and click to enter.

4. In the "Payment Settings" page, find "Password-free payment/automatic deduction" on the page and click to enter

5. In the "Password-free payment/automatic deduction" On the "Payment" page, find the service that requires canceling automatic renewal of membership, click on the membership service to enter the details page of the service, click "Turn off automatic renewal" at the bottom of the details page, and in the pop-up dialog box, click "Cancel Click the "Auto-Renew" button.

6. During the process of canceling automatic renewal, the system will ask you to enter your Alipay payment password to confirm your identity. After entering the correct password, click "Confirm Cancel" to complete the cancellation of automatic renewal.

It should be noted that after canceling the automatic renewal, the membership service will no longer be automatically renewed. If you want to continue to enjoy membership services, you need to manually subscribe again. To ensure a successful operation, it is recommended that you confirm that you have fully understood the subscription rules and details of the relevant services before canceling automatic renewal. At the same time, after canceling automatic renewal, you can also check Alipay's payment settings again to ensure that other automatic renewal items have been turned off correctly.
